International Network of Reserch and Training The Process of High Training for School Directors is work out to train the Director to  Follow the Quality, so that under his guide, each person who takes part in the school, can  be involved in the process itself.  To make it real the planned project contains:    for graduates, the Master MEI School (Management of Educational Institutions) to acquire specific skills to qualify as a professionals            for professionals who already work in training, the        High Training Course for School Directors to deepen knowledge and skills  to improve the Quality in the Institute  Master MEI School The Master MEI School  for the professionalization of the Management is designed  according to basic principles:   integration  continuous training  academic practise through the use both of Theory and Practise in the building of the Model. This Programme was basically  born to solve  Psycho-Pedagogical problems in different  contexts of Communities where we work.                 For Directors who work in Infancy and Family Educational Institutes or School, there is the possibility to follow an High Training Course lasting 300 hours that let the re-freshing of abilities, skills and competences in order to be always effective and efficient in your own role.  High Training Course for School Directors  Every Masters follow a precise structure called “ISPEF Model of University Master” with copyright I.S.P.E.F. I.S.P.E.F. – Institute of Psychological Sciences for Educational Training and Research –  Is the Body who created and manage Norms for the Certification of University Master and High Training Courses. E.C.E. – European Center of Education – Is the responsible Association of Masters, High Training Courses and E-learning and co-responsible for the supervising and the assessment of documentation produced by the candidate (Teacher, Director or Expert) to obtain the Certification.  The Certification “School Directors Competences and Skills” is intended for professionals who have attended the I.S.P.E.F. High Training Course for School Directors who want their acquired skills and abilities recognised.  The Certification is internationally valid and recognized as an acknowledgement of Director' skills and abilities. The Obtainment of the certification permits to be inserted in the “I.S.P.E.F. Register of High Training Courses Certificates” To candidate to obtain the Certification it is necessary, in addiction to the High Training Course for School Directors Certificate, to have some specific requirements and to have skills as described in keeping with regulations.
