International Network of Reserch and Training The training path “Expert of Communication and problem Solving” allows to acquire  theoretical, technical and strategically knowledge about the Problem Solving and the  Decision Making.   To make it real the planned project contains:     for graduates the Master ECPS (Expert of Communication and Problem  Solving)  to acquire specific skills to qualify as a professional;    for professionals who already work in training, the High Training Course for Communication an Problem Solving   to deepen knowledge and skills;                  ; Master ECPS The Master Expert of Communication and Problem Solving is addressed to graduates  who want to specialize in the interpersonal communication and in Problem Solving of  Enterprises and Public and Private Institutions.  For Experts who already work in structures for Infancy and Primary Schools and who  want to deepen their knowledge and skills in Communication and Problem Solving, we  propose a High Training Course lasting 300 hours focused on the acquisition of  theoretical and technical knowledge and methodologies of communication in different  areas, in order to improve relationships and the management of possible conflits, in the  various communicative contexts.   High Training Course for              Communication an Problem Solving Every Masters follow a precise structure called “ISPEF Model of University Master” with copyright I.S.P.E.F. High Training Course “Communication and Problem Solving” who want their acquired skills and abilities recognised.  The Certification is internationally valid and recognized as an acknowledgement of skills and abilities for Experts of Communication and Problem Solving. The Obtainment of the certification permits to be inserted in the “I.S.P.E.F. Register of Master Certificates” To candidate to obtain the Certification it is necessary, addiction to the High Training Course “Communication and Problem Solving” Certificate, to have some specific requirements and to have skills as described in keeping with regulations.
