International Network of Reserch and Training Specialization in School Teaching for “Professionalism Teacher” means a special  training course addressed to teachers, that helps them to acquire professional expertise on  rules and psychological characteristics that allow the creation of an effective and  satisfactory educational intervention during the scholastics experiences and allow to get in  the motivation, skills and personality traits of students.  To make it real the planned project contains:    for graduates the Master EMD School (Educational Methodology and Docimology)   to acquire specific skills to qualify as a professional;                           for professionals who already work in training, the   High Training Course  DY.MO.VO.TRA. School   (Dynamic Model of Vocational Training)  )  to deepen knowledge and skills  -   for professionals who already work in training, 4 proposals of School  Professionalism Teacher Training  to acquire the Certification      TCS – Training Competences and Skills The Model DY.MO.VO.TRA. School wants to improve the quality and the appeal of the  Professional Educational and Training System through the adaptation and the integration  of the innovative content or of results of Dynamic Models, in public and private  professional training systems and in organizations, in a local level.    The Project answers to practical questions of the Programme Leonardo da Vinci and to  priorities of multilateral projects for the passage of innovation. It wants to develop,  teachers', trainers' and educational tutors' abilities and skills, getting as fundament the  development of abilities and skills for educational, training and counseling professionals,  according to the continuous professional development and the learning of languages.   Model DY.MO.VO.TRA Every Masters follow a precise structure called “ISPEF Model of University Master” with copyright I.S.P.E.F. E.C.E. – European Center of Education – Is the responsible Association of Masters, High Training Courses and E-learning and co-responsible for the supervising and the assessment of documentation produced by the candidate (Teacher, Director or Expert) to obtain the Certification.  La Certificazione in Professionalità Docente è destinata ai Docenti che hanno  frequentato il Corso di Alta Formazione Dy.Mo.Vo.Tra.  dell’I.S.P.E.F. che vogliono un riconoscimento delle competenze e abilità che hanno acquisito. Il conseguimento della Certificazione è valida, a livello internazionale, come riconoscimento delle competenze e delle abilità del Docente. Ottenere la Certificazione consente di venire inseriti nell’Albo I.S.P.E.F. di Certificati Corsi di Alta Formazione. Per candidarsi ad ottenere la Certificazione è necessario possedere, oltre all’Attestato del Corso di Alta Formazione Dy.Mo.Vo.Tra. dell’I.S.P.E.F., alcuni requisiti e varie competenze specifiche che sono elencati nel relativo regolamento. For Universities that have signed an accord with I.S.P.E.F. or E.C.E., the “Certification TCS”  can also be valid as: - Postgraduate Course - University Course (valid for 12 University Training Credits, that is 300 hours of Training) as Master of Specialization. The Obtainment of the certification permits to be inserted in the “I.S.P.E.F. Register of Master Certificates” To candidate to obtain the Certification it is necessary, in addiction to the qualification of EMD Master or equivalent Master, to have some specific requirements and to have skills as described in keeping with regulations.
